Klare Verhältnisse. Die ideale Hausfrau posiert vor der Linse. Zusammen mit Colin Hägeli entwickelte ich diese Fotoserie von 5 Bildern. Doch das Ideal scheint zu bröckeln. Einmal fehlt der Handschuh und der Einkaufskorb ist schon fast leer – trotzdem bleibt kein Platz für Träume. Mit dieser überspitzten und dadurch fast schon wieder humorvollen Art thematisierte ich die Lage der Hausfrau und tauchte in eine Welt voller Stereotypen. Doch gehören die stereotypischen Ideale nicht längst der Vergangenheit an?

Clear conditions. The ideal 'housewife' poses in front of the lens. Together with Colin Hägeli, I developed this series of 5 photos. But the ideal seems to be crumbling. Once the glove is missing and the shopping basket is almost empty - but there is still no room for dreams. With this exaggerated and therefore almost humorous style, I thematized the situation of the housewife and dived into a world full of stereotypes. But won't stereotypical ideals soon be a thing of the past?
